Dealing with this accident was a nightmare. State farm kept dropping the ball, and enterprise kept trying to charge me for my rental that state farm was supposed to cover. I spent every day of the past 3 weeks on the phone with state farm trying to get them to fix their mistakes and short comings, sometimes taking up to three or four phone calls to get them to take a single action. I guess their customer service reps like talking to me so much that they would do nothing just so I could call them again the next day. Gerber was the only one who had their shit together. Alberto at Gerber knows what good customer service is, making sure no shortcuts were being taken and dealing with my insurance company so I didn't have to, updating me every step of the way. I never worried for a second about the body shop because Alberto was on top of everything. While state farm and enterprise were fucking me from both ends like some sort of fucked up chinese finger trap, Alberto was giving me a reach around. He was really white knuckling the insurance company to get every last drop out of them. I would reccomend them to anyone, and Alberto will definitely leave you feeling satisfied.
