  • Rachel and Curtis are extremely sloppy. They never answer the phone, email answers are super late, and when their maids don't show up, they don't even call you or send you an email. I still don't know what the added value they provide... The girls do a great job cleaning though... when they show up... I would almost hire them directly. Hopefully, Rachel and Curtis don't start replying to reviews to provide silly excuses... My wife has a lot more patience with them...
