  • DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wish I could give a zero rating! By far the worst experience ever! I took my fiancĂ© to the ER at 2:30am for alarming symptoms after returning from international travel. Clearly, if someone comes to the ER, they are worried and concerned. The initial encounter with reception was awful. The receptionist was rude, disinterested, and condescending. The triage nurse was pleasant and efficient. She slightly made up for the initial reaction. And then it all went downhill. We were placed into an exam room and sat. After about 30 minutes, I popped my head out and asked when we would see someone. No nurse. No doctor. I was told there were 2 people in front of us. And the nurses station was a bundle of bad attitudes. After another 20 minutes, I inquired about being discharged, as he was feeling better and we were going to go to a doctor in the morning. Surprise, the doctor says he will be in within 2 minutes. So, the doctor, who was basically like Keanu Reeves from Bill and Ted's, sounded like he just got high before coming in. He was dismissive, immature, and basically said we worry too much. I understand there is a process for diagnosis, but he seemed like a first-year student. And after about 5 minutes, poof. Gone. The only saving grace, and what actually warrants the single star, was the nurse Mike. He was friendly, conversational, and seemed like the only person who cared at all.
