It takes a lot for me to rate something 1 star and if possible I wouldn't even give pinnacle Nissan a star. When I purchased my first car it was at pinnacle Nissan they sold me a car for $11,999 but they didn't tell me was that my car was for sale in their used car book for $9999. What was interesting is that the sales person told me originally the car was $10,000 but halfway through the sale the manager took over and advised the sales person was wrong that the car was 13,999 which was over my price range. I ended up purchasing the car because my father helped with my down payment allowing me to go to 11,999 .
I discovered the next day that my car was listed in their used car book with the same vin number for $9999. Naturally I felt cheated so I contacted the dealership that day less than 24 hours later to return my car. I was instead told that it was too bad I had signed the contract and therefore was stuck with the car.
I'm not an Arizona native and neither is my father so none of us were aware I legally could return the car within 30 days I would've done so had I known that. On top of this bad experience they also charged me for a LoJack on my car which I never wanted. I followed up with numerous times to refund me for roughly $500 and that was never resolved. The finance agent at pinnacle Nissan refused to return my calls after numerous voice messages and even the manager wouldn't help me with this.
Car dealerships are known to have their bad reputations but this is by far the worst experience I have had and I've never been treated so unfairly and so poorly. I will never use pinnacle Nissan again and I hope that you do not either. I know some may over do their concerns but I tell you the truth, this experience happened to me and no business should cheat their customers. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else. I wish I had!!
