  • Dropped my tire off last Friday, was told it would be fixed by Saturday and I would get a phone call. Was never contacted, no message ever left. On Monday (4th day they had my tire) I called and asked about it. They said "ya I was just looking at that rim let me see what's going on and I'll call you back in several minutes. Needless to say, no call, no message. I call on Tuesday (5 th day they had my rim). Speak to a male (I believe it to be the same guy who assisted me when I dropped off the tire (in fairness he was very nice the day I dropped of my tire and on the phone this day. .. The only keeper at this location) I get put on hold a lady lucks up the phone and says "Louis," I replied no (as my name is Mike). She put me on hold again only to pick up again and ask if "I was calling about a tire." Well yes that just happens to be why I'm calling tire works. I apologize up front to her, explaining that I understand she did not personally do this but that it was complete bullshit. I offered a new plan: refund the money I spent on the warranty of the four tires I originally purchased and I would just pick up my rim and go elsewhere. She said let me get my manager Mark. This guy apparently runs the place and after he simply picked up the phone told me there would be no refund of any kind and yelled at me that I was yelling at his employees (which I never yelled, was clearly upset but there is a distinct difference that anyone in customer service knows) I know realize why this store runs so poorly. ..MARK THE MANAGER. So I called customer service to complain about mark. I offered that we add mark to the call and she can listen in. To which she refused. Instead she calls the store to speak to Mark. Then calls me back telling me Mark had called and left messages on both Saturday (explaining that the tire was on back order) and again several minutes after our call on Monday, both times leaving a message. She said "he said he called so I have to side with him, maybe he miss dialed." I guess the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG HERE. I can't believe how I'm making a complaint that is 100% true and she just says I have to side with the store!! I explained that I had no missed calls but in fairness I would check my voice mail (that I never check). Needless to say, no voice messages. I did not bother calling and telling customer service there were no voice mails as they made it clearly obvious they did not care.
