  • Run, don't walk away from this chain (using the word chain in the most unflattering way possible). You'd be better off going to a witch doctor than dealing with them, especially the Craig Road office.. They are the most unprofressional, arrogant, and incompetent medical organization I've ever dealt with or heard of. They lost my records time and time again, and were dimissive of my needs and concerns as a patient. In my opinion, the clinic office staff is completely unresposive and unable to manage simple administrative issues or routine medical testing. They seem to have no sense of honestly or concern for patient well being, beyond, of course, the patient's ability to give them money. Again, run, don't walk away from this organization. I have to wonder if their corporate management knows how their clinics really treat their patients? If anyone from the corporate office reads this, can you please provide me with information on how to file a complaint with the state? It seems to me this company is simply a fee generating machine who collects your money again and again and again without providing the services they promise to, while completely dismissing you as a person and trampling on your rights as a consumer. Should you dare complain about their poor treatment, the only thing you will get is insulted. I think their facebook banner is in error because they left off a word.. It says "The total care model is here". I believe it would be more accurate if it said "The Totally Don't care model is here." Now THAT would be accurate. Unforunately, accuracy does not seem to be something you should expect from them. The "practice manager" at the Craig Road office iseems to me to be a child trapped in an adult's body who clearly had parents that taught him manners. Unfortunately to me, it seems they forgot to teach him ethics. The doctor there may well have had the same parents, only in his case, they forgot the manners too. This place is an example of corporations and medical care at their worst.
