  • We got into Phoenix very early after a 14-hour drive from Northern California. We ended up getting in to town around 9am. They let us check in right away, even got us set up with some food in Our room so we could just eat and take a nap. Great staff, they made sure we had everything we needed and helped us whenever we needed something. Honestly, this has to be some of the best customer service I've had in a long time! Can't wait to return to Phoenix next month. We're staying at the same hotel! This has to be the best place to stay near downtown for the best price
