  • Just bought 2 Apple watches. We already knew what we wanted from the great help we received at another Apple Store in California. Went to the setup counter and the guy was less then helpful. His words exactly "let me explain to you where you are, this is the setup counter, I suggest if you have questions about your watches you take a workshop!" Ummmm can you say jerk?!!! Amazing we just spend over $1,300 and he couldn't answer 1 simple question. Don't waste your time here, go to another Apple Store who appreciates you.
