  • Used to be better. They moved to a prettier store front, but they hire really inexperienced and slow kids, who don't know the menu, aren't trained, and frequently make mistakes. I got the wrong sandwich again this morning, even though the counter person wrote it down. I give up with these guys. Too bad. I been coming here since 98. Bite for bite, Einsteins in Chagrin has better bagels.
