Not against a specific branch but corporate. My daughter had an identity theft issue that was so obvious that Chase should have just shut the card off. I had s card with Chase that they shut down for a charge under $200.
Their choice to continue to harass my daughter forced us to close our accounts and cancel cards. We had just gotten info to open our business account there too
I found their fraud department to be unhelpful and unwilling to review facts.
