  • The management staff meh. Every other day my ac unit starts pouring water, the door doesn't shut all the way on any of the apartments I've seen, and they have giant grassy areas that are angled down so every time they run irrigation, 2-3 times a week, a giant pool of water stays for hours, welcoming all kinds of bugs to your home. I also have found dead roaches randomly in my bathrooms and have had multiple incedents with flying roaches in my apartment. I would recommend doing the 6 month lease option if this place is your last resort. There is no change in the price which is the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.
