  • I do not like the email correspondence with PPM. First, we had 3-4 days of constant cigarette smoke in our bathroom. The smoke was unbearable if you're a non-smoker. Imagine waking up to take a shower, you enter the bathroom and everything is covered with cigarette smoke and the towels are completely soaked in it. We complained to PPM and they offered to look at the ventilation since clearly it's leaking. They said they would, but never did and didn't even follow up. The smell is gone now, so I'm not too upset about that, but they are just very unprofessional. Recently, our food dispenser started to malfunction. The first thing they implied in their reply, without even looking at it, is that we will have to pay for it. This company is not about you having a good and comfortable living. They are about keeping their hands clean and the online communication is awful and unreliable.
