I expect every business to have some sort of customer service. Even a little bit. Being as I moved in from out of town and worked at another walmart myself, I can honestly say this is the worst experience ever. There were no and, ifs, or buts when it came to exchanging an item. I wasnt able to do so because they had a negative count! Instead of gaining a positive experience in hopes of keeping my business they actually told me "we can do the exchange, but we won't". I then asked, "so you would rather lose a customer than to accept the transaction"? Yes was their response.
