  • O.M.G.!!!! Run, don't walk, away from this location as fast as you can!!!! They are so dishonest, that I am going to report them to the Arizona Attorney General for fraud. They have made such a disaster out of my account, I don't know if I will ever be able to recover. I stopped by to see what phones they had on special. I didn't 'need' a new phone, but if I am going to keep renewing my 'contract'/service and I can get a new phone by renewing my contract for another 2 years, I like to have a spare in case my phone gets stolen or broken or whatever. The sales rep. shows me which phones I can get at no charge if I renew my contract and we start the paper work. For some strange reason it takes her a really long time, filling out a lot of screens, calling some T-Mobile dept., etc.. She gets the new phone out of the back, I pay for the $18 activation fee and I am finally on my way after at least one hour (way too long). I get my next bill and the nightmares begin!! They have added a "Warranty" Plan for my new phone that I didn't ask for/didn't want and was never discussed!! Customer Care/611 says they would have given you a brochure to go with it. No, I was not given a brochure and again warranty was never discussed and never agreed upon. Customer Care will credit me for that charge. Next bill arrives and she has added "Unlimited Messaging" at $10.00 per line to 2 of our lines that was never requested! So I have to take my valuable time and call Customer Care/611 again to try and straighten out this mess. After being on the phone for over 35 mins. the very nice rep. tells me that he has consulted with his supervisor and that they can't help me, that I need to go back to the "retail store" to fix this mess!! Are you kidding me?! You want me to go back to the store that has screwed me twice and wait.... there's a third 'screw' coming!! While trying to make my small contribution to the environment, I have agreed to "paperless billing" so with all these problems, I spent a long time looking over my last 2 bills and I printed the first 3 pages of my 33 page bill and discovered that I am being charged $5.00 per month for 21 months for some "Equipment Plan" that Customer Care informs me is the charge for my phone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Please tell me that you are kidding me?! I don't have a fancy Blackberry and I can't afford $20/mo for data and you think that I would agree to pay over $100 for a basic crummy phone??!!!! If T-Mobile doesn't straighten this out, they are going to get a cell phone through their plate glass window, if it's good enough for Discount Tire, it should be good enough for someone is trying to cheat, de-fraud, lie and steal from a nickel and dime account!
