  • Noel does great with hair. He listens and does what he can get get your hair looking that way. My hair is very dark and after going to several stylist, he was able to get my hair how I desired. He spent the extra time (over my alottment) because he wanted perfection. I'm not sure why others are claiming Noel is rude. He was referred by an affluent client and others. So I don't pout much emphasis on the negative reviews. Ill have to tell them to add their reviews for him. He likes to joke around since you're in his chair for so long. I appreciate the conversation.
