  • Horrible, awful experience and will not be returning. Got regular manicure by an older male technician. First of all, he was so unpleasant that he made me feel awkward for even being there. He practically sneered at me when I told him that I want a regular manicure not gel. He did a really messy job with the polish- kept on messing up and starting over. Not clean. Ended up looking streaky. Polish was all over my cuticles and he didn't clean it. Cherry on top- when he finishes he starts walking away without offering to carry my jacket and bag to the drying station. I had to ask him. SO RUDE!!!!!!
