  • Warning !! There is no structure at the rise. There is a higher monthly rate because it's new and on campus, however if there isn't one issue it's another. For starters The water is constantly shut on and off for 6+ hours so you can't shower before or after class when it's 100 degree weather. Also Shocker !! constant no internet as if we didn't need it for school. Do yourself a favor and don't lease here, everyone I have spoken too only complains about the rise
