  • I would give no stars if I could. My husband and I took my 2 year old who was in desperate need of a haircut. We asked number of times if they were familiar with cutting a child's hair, to which we were told "I have kids of my own, I know how to cut children's hair". Rudely we were asked if we wanted our son on the chair or to hold him. He was naturally terrified of the razor and when he just wouldn't stop crying we had to ask her to stop. She didn't even make an attempt to even win him over or try talking to him. He had hair EVERYWHERE, in his mouth and his ears, we asked politely to use the sink to rinse this out, as he started coughing to which she said "let me ask my boss, there might be a charge"! Are you freaking kidding me? They charged us full price for a half done job and we had to wait for permission to rinse our son off. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service. Don't go!
