  • YourMechanic does NOT honor their 12 month /12k miles warranty. Got a power steering service done in December; when I get my diagnosed by a mechanic FROM YourMechanic he tells me my power steering fluid needs to be changed out. It's been under a year & I'm not at the 12k mark. Called a rep & they said they cannot honor the warranty because they're not sure what caused the issue with the power steering fluid -- even though their mechanic said it needs to replaced. No one has called me back about scheduling someone to come out to my house, so I had to go to Honda. Which is what I should have done from the start. I am never working with this company again. Absolutely worst customer service & they do NOT honor their warranty.
