  • Please please, do not rent from this company! Action Properties and it's employees are up scale slum lords. We rented a house for two years from Action, and it takes an act of god for them to fix anything that needs to be fixed if they do it at all. Why I moved in the house. . . The house was a great house in a very good location in Tempe, however the house was extremely dirty and the yard was in shambles. I figured I can clean a house and do some yard work no problem. But problems started to arise like none (and I do mean none!) of the blinds in the house was in working order. I was told it was not their responsibility, blinds are "cosmetic". The door bell was non-existent it had fallen off the wall, they said it was "cosmetic" and they cannot fix it. All this is just the tip of the iceberg when it came to things they said they would not fix. When I moved out they pushed the entire blame on to me and they refuse to give back my deposit now. And yes I got blamed for the blinds and doorbell. If you talk to somebody named Abby in the office, be prepared to have the nastiest and worst customer service ever. She will NOT work with you if there is a problem, and honestly she always has an attitude of I don't care. If you try to call the office good luck getting someone to pick up, and even worse good luck getting somebody to call you back. Please just don't rent from these people!!!!!!
