  • Jay really helped my family out of a tight spot! We intended on having the sofa and carpets cleaned before the arrival of our newborn in LV, but our grandson came early while we were out of town. We called Jay from CA and asked if he would do the job even though were away from our home. He was extremely helpful and said it was no problem at all! We had friends at the house to let him in, and he was quick and efficient. The sofa looks amazing!! Jay didn't even ask for payment when he left! We simply contacted him later in the day and gave him our card number. It's not often you see that type of kindness and professionalism! We will definitely have Jay return in the future!!
