Very disappointed in all aspects of our visit last night.
My work team chose to eat here for dinner. One of the girls called about 2 weeks ago to make a reservation for a large party. We were confirmed for the reservation. The girl even stopped in to confirm again.
We showed up last night and when we approached one of the waitresses about our reservation, she told us the girl who took the reservation was new, that they actually do not take reservations. Ok? Wouldn't it make sense to communicate that to us prior to showing up for the reservation we thought we had?! Or maybe keeping a table reserved to make up for that mistake?? The waitresses didn't really seem to care.
The service and food wasn't any better either. The waitresses acted like we were getting on her nerves. In fact, one waitresses told us she wasn't our server when we asked her for something. A good majority of the table ordered the lamb, and everyone complained about it. Mine was the worst. Each shank was 90% fat. Again, not much of an apology, but annoyance that the waitress had to send it back.
Not impressed.
