  • You'd think we wouldn't come here when it's winter, but you'd be wrong. Even I can't believe we're still here almost every week even though it's not hot outside. I'm a fan of the shaved ice variety and the customer service plus it's literally right down the street from our house. If we get the urge to have something sweet and frozen, we can be here in five minutes. There are lots of flavors to choose from and you can combine them to your heart's content. I haven't tried much else on the menu except the shaved ice but they do offer smoothies, sodas, and Frostalattes made with Kona coffee. I usually get a small size Sno with two different flavors plus the Tropic Creme, which is basically condensed milk. This runs me about $4, cheap for a cupful of happiness. Get ten punches on their loyalty card and you'll have a free Sno (any size) in no time. Shout out to Sarah, the staff member who's usually there when we go. She's so friendly, helpful, and patient as we sample flavors. Actually, everyone who works here has the same aloha attitude. And, if you ever want a sno-ball fight, you can buy sno-balls here.
