  • Bun and I were never able to make it here before closing.. but last week we were! We stopped by around 1pm and it was a full house. There's a couple tables outside for outdoor dining available but since it was windy we decided to stick with sitting in the inside. This place is a fast casual type of restaurant - no waiter service and you pay when you order and then servers bring you the food. Self-serve iced cucumber water and lemon water are available too. Bun got the La Jolla (popular among Yelpers) and I got the Caprese. Total was about $14-$15, per crepe is at least $7.50. Both crepes were good but nothing outstanding or extraordinary. The La Jolla comes with the chipotle sauce while the Caprese comes with a Pesto. It's a light breakfast where it'll fill you up if it's the first thing you eat. Unfortunately though, I think all the ingredients for the crepe are all easy ingredients you could probably make it yourself at home - tomato, lettuce, mozzarella cheese. The presentation was pretty basic too - folding it in half then the corners in (I assume having corners faced on the plate would look better but that's just my opinion) The soup that comes with the crepe, what I think it taste like - top ramen soup powder mixed with water. that's not to say it taste bad because it didn't, but that's just what I can compare its taste to. While sitting at the bar, Bun and I got to see crepes being made - I understand it's delicate and it was weird because there was one employee who tore every other crepe she was making haha I know 3 stars seem really low but I guess with all 5 star ratings, I expected more. But don't get me wrong, I will be back.
