  • A Day at the Museum... A very appealing museum for the whole family! Its very engaging layout makes science memorable for visitors, creating an awesome educational environment. Each epoch has a story to tell...and lots of answers to Google. My little cutie pie is a little science nerd...just like daddy. Some of his questions baffle and inspire me. This is truly a wonderful place for his inquisitiveness. The kids particularly liked panning for gold...so did I. It did not matter if it were only pyrite, it was still fun! The only thing I wish they more is interactive play. Of course, the dinosaur bones are the center of attention. Truth be known, my little cutie pie talked about the giant scorpion model inside the plexiglass and horseshoe crab more than anything. Expect to spend about a couple or so hours here. Admission is $10 for adults and $6 for kids (ages 3-12). Good reason to go to keep cool in the summer!
