  • This place is such a hassle to get appliances from. If they say anything is on back order do not order. Trust me this place is the worst of the worst to order appliances from. You will regret ever dealing with these people. There delivery venders are incompetent and the communication between both is as if they talk to each other on foam cups and string. They tell you two different stories that don't match and there stories are off by a long shot. They attempted to deliver an appliance which it had a dent. They told me they would deliver in four days from day at a time frame between 1230-430p. Then then the day came they never called. We called them back and they said they tried to deliver under 7am and 1200 and all of a sudden they have a wrong number. They described a house that fits most houses in vegas, but they got caught lying cause they didn't mention during that time my drive way was full of cars and everyone was home. My neighbor was outside washing his car at the same time and stated no one ever came by. Then I called them again they said they attempted to deliver at 12 that day but still we were home actually in the same room the front door was located.
