rev:text	STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY- NO STARS Seems to be a common scam with this company. Coupons for 4 rooms for $59 to get in the door . Made an online appointment and Maria called the evening before to confirm an 8am appointment. I had typed in the address of the house I was moving out of which was empty. About 815am, my daughter calls and says that Eric, is at our new home and is there to do the cleaning. I checked my online confirmation and it clearly shows correct address for the cleaning.. 30 minutes later, Eric shows up and immediately starts upwelling charges. Says that the steam cleaning doesn't really clean the light tan carpets well. WHAT? There was one room that definitely need some extra attention at the entryway. Eric walked upstairs and downstairs and came u with the price of $380, which included shampoo, special cleaner for bad spot in downstairs room previously mentioned and stairs. We agreed on 200 as I needed it done asap. Less than 40 minutes later, he comes out to my car and says he's done. I go in and check the carpet, it looks clean except the area that needed special treatment, still was somewhat dark and he said that it was coming up from the pad underneath. WOW, fast working dirt already coming thru the carpet! Carpets were VERY wet and he said that they would dry out in a few hours. NOT! I came back next day and they were still very wet. I called office and got Maria, she was rude and said there were no refunds and I could pay to have Eric come back again. Seriously? I came back late that afternoon w my wife and carpet was still wet. My wife called Maria and pretty much was told the same thing, that they did what we asked and no refunds. I called someone else and the guy was very helpful and redid the house for me for $100 to help me out and it was great, carpets dried quickly and I was able to turn the house over to owners. What a headache and dent in my wallet this company was.
