  • This is a great service dealership. For example, they couldn't find one roof-related issue I had brought up to them, an issue which appeared intermittently with my car. They just couldn't pinpoint or repeat it. Lo and behold a year after my warranty expired when i brought the car in for service the issue reappeared, and the service manager was available to actually see it. And so they covered the entire repair without any out of pocket to me. THAT is what real service is about. As is the ability to cab it at their expense if they are too busy to pick me up to get back to the dealership. I have to say I'm pretty happy... They'd get 5 stars if they could remember to call back from voice messages and if they had enough staff to answer the service phone line more often :P But frankly this dealership is far better than the majority out there - by a long shot!
