  • I always wanted to eat at Hooters, I wish my first time would have been a better experience!! The food and drinks were excellent, but the service was horrible. Our server was "Jefanie" and she could work on her customer service skills. She was a bit inattentative and every time we asked her questions, she either didn't hear us or looked at us like we were crazy. I was there with my boyfriend and his best friend. I think she thought they were flirting with her every time they spoke to her, it was obvious to me. And the funny part was they didn't even think she was hot. I'm in the hospitality industry and understand that people not only go places for the product, but for the experience too, she made mine not so great for a first-timer and she got a $22 tip out of it anyway because we're nice like that. Next time we'll go to a different Hooters.
