  • I scheduled a 90 minute massage. The therapist was good. However, throughout the massage I heard cackling women. I figured it was coming from customers in the nail salon who did not follow the signs asking for "spa voices." However , when I left I was disappointed to see that it was actually Modern staff that were sitting on the couch and carrying on. I told the staff member who checked me out & they just replied with a "sorry, " asking when I'd like to return. I will not return , nor should anyone looking for a relaxing massage.The management and set up for this location,regarding spa services, is awful.
