  • Returned my ipad and iphone to the store a week after switching to verizon. Had absolutely no reception at my house. Got refund for both, but they still charge me restocking fee of $35 and $70 (i argued with them but no luck) Two month after i receive a bill for $300. They forgot to cancel ipad line. Called billing dept, they said i have to go to the store. So i went to the store and representative Kevin (who claimed to be a supervisor) said that the best they can is give me 50% off :) That is not right, how you can do that if i didn't even used your service??? They will lie to you just to make a sale. Rep at the store was rude as well as his supervisor. Do not go there!!!! Do not get verizon, it doesn't work in Las Vegas. I do HVAC and drive a lot in Las Vegas Valley. Constant dropped calls or simply no reception.
