  • Dr. Sandra Harper is an excellent, educated professional who for many years kept me up on the latest and best digital hearing aids and insurance advice and advocacy. She follows up with terrific service, providing adjustments and sending aids in for prompt warranty service when necessary. Sandy is kind, she listens and she really knows what she is doing. Rachel is her very organized and thorough assistant and really nice. The coffee and cookies are always there, and I enjoy every visit. My Oticon Opn hearing aids are excellent and Sandy makes sure they stay that way.
