| - Okay so before I moved in here I read online all of these terrible reviews about this place and of course I thought maybe they just weren't optimistic people, but I was naive and I discourage anybody from living here. Ever. First off, when they show you around, they know to show you the one good room they have, the best workout room, the biggest laundry room, everything they possibly could. And then they move you in to a "second floor" room which is actually ground level in the concrete jungle parking lot, with broken blinds, closet doors off of the tracks, stains in the carpet, sinks and drains that are clogged, two washing machines per floor apartment and you wonder if you showed up to the right place. I've had such an issue with this place and sadly I still live here...they offer a pool when you move in but come summer you find out you have to pay to use it. They offer a workout room in each building but they neglect to tell you that the temp is always at 86 degrees and you can't control the air. So you won't be using anything that's factored into your rent. It's a scam. Anything K and D I would never sign a paper with again. When I had issues with the washing machines I called our property manager Stacey Conrad and two weeks later after she never called me back I called corporate and they had her call me. She said she never got the message and that the washers are new, im using too much soap. There's two washing machines per floor but it depends on which machines are working. Sometimes you have to use the other floors machines. This place is such an inconvenience. Do not move in here.
