  • I attempted to get my boyfriends couch fixed and went with them. Whoever answered (a woman ) was always polite and responded to my emails. They gave me what I thought was a fair price. Also warned me they may not be able to repair it being the leather was a different texture. ( other companies told me the same ) They came out on time and he really tried everything to fix it lol. I wasn't disappointed because I knew. They didn't charge me for the service just the travel fee. Nothing bad to say about them. Just wish I could get this darn couch fixed ! also some companies are busy, they won't always return calls and emails, that just means you call again and be like heyyyy remember me! Lol.
