  • We originally had my daughter's 2nd birthday planed at a different venue. 4 days before the date of her party the venue called to cancel and refund our deposit because the landlord locked the doors on them. I went into BounceU 7 months pregnant with a toddler and stressed needing to find a new location for her party on Sunday. I didn't want to change the date or time because everyone invited had already made themselves available for then. I had called numerous places and had no luck. I decided to try BounceU because i had friends that enjoy their open play. I have never felt so welcomed. The manager talked to me heard my story let me break down in tears and worked with me to make my daughters 2nd birthday a blast. I truly do not know how her party would of happened without the amazing manager and BounceU. We will be having another summer party there this year. Thank you so much!!
