  • Went in here to buy CNE tickets and the women at customer service said "sold out". They didn't even check, just said sold out immediately. I asked if the other Metro store had any and they said "No, sold out everywhere." I didn't really believe them so I went to the other Metro and, of course, they had lots of CNE tickets available. Those 2 women just didn't want to help me, didn't want to provide any CUSTOMER SERVICE. Really lousy. FAIL!
