  • I gotta say, the BEST and QUICKEST doctor visit I ever had! I visited Southwest Convenient Care because I needed a neurologist referral and a prescription refill. Here's how my visit went. I came on Thursday, July 13, 2017 around 8 a.m. I was the second person waiting. I was shocked that Southwest Convenient Care was much cheaper than going to my primary care provider and the urgent care. I only waited about 20 minutes which wasn't bad. I was seen by a nurse. She did my blood pressure and body temperature. She also asked why I came to see a doctor for. About 5 minutes later, a person came in and she was a PA (physician assistant), her name was Elena. Elena was nice and listens to my request. She did what I wanted and I am satisfied with my service. The office atmosphere is very clean including the front lobby and the exam room. All the staff here were very friendly and very happy to work here. I was very satisfied with my service. If you ever need a quick service with a doctor, visit this Southwest Convenient Care.
