| - This place is run by the craziest people. We've been waiting for a technician to come for 2 days now. For some reason, they can't get their act together to send someone in for their crazy wide window of 12-5 PM.
And we had a really bad customer service call where the woman, Amanda, was mean and told us we were bad customers. And then her supervisor, Amy, told us to not play the blame game because that doesn't get people anywhere *buuuutt* it's not their fault. Anyway, I see like, 10 reviews here on Yelp that specifically call out Amanda as a terrible customer service rep, so whatever. I guess we were the norm.
The real problem is this: there are 90+ reviews on this site and 90% of them are 1 stars. Apparently someone posted a bad review today, which obviously is par for the course. BUT then Supervisor Amy called us and said, "We won't service you because you gave us a bad review. You better take it down." WHAT? Someone posted a bad review and then we got blamed AND threatened for it? ALSO there are close to 100 bad reviews here and this review is the one that got your panties in a bunch? ALSOOO, with 100 bad reviews and bad customer service like Amanda and Amy, this company bothers to check their bad reviews? What the heck? I mean, I think the best way to get a better rating is to be a better company. Not to threaten customers (erroneously) with your service. How are companies like this even in business? I hope they are reading this and recognizing precisely how unethical they are.
And really, the best thing for us, as customers, to do is continuously report them to your Home Warranty company. Because people like this and companies like this should not be allowed to exist. They cannot be allowed to make money. They cannot be allowed to cheat people again and again.
So obviously had to dust off my Yelp account to post a bad review here because if I'm going to be accused of something and then get threatened for it, I might as well make it true.
