  • ***SERIOUSLY, DONT USE THIS COMPANY***After leaving my first review, the manager contacted us to come and redo the house. IT WAS NOT FOR FREE. IT WAS FOR AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE. So the managers respond to my review is a complete LIE, it was NOT COMPLEMENTARY. They set the appointment between 4:00 amd 6:00 and the guy got there at 6:20. So they came back and they threw some more hot water on the carpet. He again used no soap, he again was able to scan across all those 7 rooms in 45 minutes. It looked even worse than it did after the first clean which looked worse than before they came. What this new guy did was leave a huge orange circle of spilt deodorizer about 12 inches in diameter on the stair landing. I guess that was their way of saying they used deodorizer or was it their way of payback for leaving the first review. The reason I didnt leave this update sooner was because after how they retaliated on the carpets after my first review, I was afraid of them and what they might do after the second review. I wouldn't even give them one star, except I have to in order to post this. You've been warned.
