  • I was waiting for over 3 hours for road side assistants and when I called to check on the status of my tow the representative over the phone was extremely rude. I have never had to wait this long for a tow truck before and never felt so disrespected by a service provider that I pay my hard earned money to. I would never recomend this company to anyone and am cancelling all business with them asap.
