  • I usually love QT, but the one on Cave Creek Rd on Saturday morning is not the usual experience. The front register with Kasie and Sabrina is down right rude. They spend the morning talking to each other and ignoring the customers. Meanwhile the coffee area had spills all over and had not been cleaned in quite sometime. You better get some new help here on Saturdays. These two do not meet your normal company standards.
