| - Talk about a horrible way to end your date night. Lorain was completely undertrained and couldn't take an order correctly. After speaking to a manager to get the total right on my order, I had to get it corrected. Then I get my receipt, and it's still charged wrong. I tell Josh (the manager who I have already talked to 2 other times at this point) said oh yeah, she charged you a dollar more. I also pointed out that she didn't even get the order right and I wanted to ensure my order came out right. Well, I never got the dollar back that was owed to me, and my order came out wrong. I tell Josh, now the 4th time talking to him, and explain that my order is still wrong - 10 minutes later, they hand me my order... guess what, it's still wrong!!! At this point there is no way to correct the experience! I wasn't apologized to once, I didn't get my money back that was overpaid, and I don't have any ice cream worth eating either!
Thanks a lot for ruining my night Josh and Lorain. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
