  • Called for a service check because I had a excessively high electric bill last month. Ricky, the technician who came and looked at my unit told me it needed to be cleaned out. I was relieved the hear there wasn't anything more that needed to be done. He was very personable and knowledgeable of my train system, etc. I ended up getting the service package where they come out 2x a year. Money well spent knowing I'm taking care of my unit.
