  • Decent ribs , just not what I particularly want for BBQ. Dry rub was good and spicy but it overpowered the meat, and the rack I had was bit tough / chewy although it came of the bones easy. The chicken was not much different from what I can get at a Costco rotisserie, good size quaters but not much flavor on it's own. Generous portions of really good sides especially the potato salad and beans. It's a new place with room for improvement but it's evident they're trying . The service was great ; but , atmosphere could use some work though. They can be home style without the dirty mop and pail leaning against the food prep area of an open kitchen. May try again in month or so .and hope for better.
