  • My condo was flooded by a faulty water heater from the unit above. Farmers insurance recommended IRS. Rich was quick to respond and very helpful. His company quickly demo and dried the affected areas. The repair work was top notch. We were given a very detailed letter and report, stating that all moisture was completely dried. Hopefully we will never have to use IRS again but if the need arises for a restoration company, we know who to contact.
