  • Appointments don't mean much here. Plan on waiting a long time even if you are just getting your tires rotated. I made an appointment online about 6 months ago. When I came in I was told it would be a 2 hour wait. I explained that I have an appointment, the gentleman told me I should not make appointments online. This time I called to make an 8:00am appointment. I got here at 7:55. There was a long line of people waiting for the store to open. When they let us in they helped people in the order that they arrived, even though there were a few of us with appointments. They did not even take my car back until 8:40. They helped everyone else first. Don't bother making an appointment. Just come in and wait. They do good work and have great prices, it just bothers me that they don't respect my time.
