  • I booked a room for the weekend since I've stayed here before and never had any problems. This time however, I was severely disappointed. The first night there after I took a shower the bathroom flooded! My friend called the front desk and the lady who answered the phone sounded like she couldn't be bothered to help us and after explaining the situation three times she stated she would send someone up. After a couple minutes maintenance arrived and said that the reason the shower flooded was because the drain was clogged and we had a handicapped accessible shower. Later that night my friend goes to take a shower and wouldn't you know it but the bathroom floods again! We call the front desk and the second lady who answered was much more courteous and offered to have us switch rooms but by that point it was late and we just wanted to go to sleep - she did mention that for our troubles she would reverse our resort fees and that we could move the following day. I had no problem with that and thought it was incredibly nice of her to do that considering the situation. Now I get home check my receipt and nothing was refunded. It's so frustrating! I don't mind paying resort fees - I do mind paying for flooded bathrooms. This is definitely the last time I stay there!
