  • TOTAL SCAM! Do not use this company! Called and talked at length about dryer vent cleaning and the cost. Was told $69.95. Tech shows up with an invoice for $129.39. I said I was told $69.95. He says whatever, I get paid no matter what. THAT should have been a red flag! 15 min later he hands my husband a bill for $94.24 and not knowing the issues, he pays it. I called the company as soon as I got home and they said will call back. 2 days later no call so I called. Man on phone was obnoxious! Says I should read the fine print on the coupon. I never had a coupon, just called the company to see what they would charge. Apparently receptionist is told to lie about pricing. AND dryer doesn't work any better!
