  • Classic Bait-and-Switch. I needed an extraction and implant, and asked for the estimate for the procedure. They quoted me, I paid it, and we did the extraction. I go to prep for the implant, and now they want an extra $3,600 that was not in the original quote. Their response, "You should have known that that price wouldn't have included the implant." At no time prior to today was I ever told of an additional expenditure of $3,600. They do good work, they're very pleasant, but I should have been told the entire cost upfront... and not an expectation that I understand the dental industry and the costs involved. I will not return to complete the work at this dental office.
