  • Two words: Eggplant. Rollatini. I get this every time (with a Cesar salad) because it is perfect and scrumptious. They make their own Caesar dressing, and it is a creamy and absurdly delicious recipe. I actually buy it from the restaurant to take home; they will sell the dressing in a soup container for five dollars. As for the eggplant, the real star of this dish is actually the ricotta filling, which is a delicious ricotta with Italian herbs stuffed into perfectly cooked eggplant and topped with homemade marinara. I have also had the pizza here, and perhaps it's because I'm from New Jersey and/or a bit of a pizza snob, but I only thought it was Ok... nothing to write home about. The mediocre pizza aside, the eggplant, Caesar salad/dressing, and the garlic bread are all delectable, mouthwatering foods you will love.
